John - The Gov

International session stylist, John Mullan started his career in Belfast. After moving to London John went on to found Stone Hair, which is recognised as one of the best salons in Kingston-upon-Thames. Alongside building his own philosophy and education for Stone, John is very much in demand for session work, regularly working on international publications, music videos, advertising campaigns and fashion weeks. Having been in the grooming industry for 28 years, John noticed a niche in the market for high-quality beard grooming products and so decided to create his own. This passion naturally led John to further his range and he is excited to present to you his range of skincare, lifestyle products and men's beard grooming - Mr Mullan's Apothecary. Mr Mullan's is hand-crafted in England, and all of his products are created from natural ingredients. The luxury beard brushes, moustache combs and grooming tools are all made out of ox horn from sustainable with the Mr Mullan logo engraved. Our raw horn supplies are sourced ethically from renewable resources, recycling a ’waste’ product from the meat industry and as a result preventing it from ending up in landfill. Flavia

Flavia has been in the hair industry for ten years, she completed her Schwarzkopf Master Colour Degree with the highest qualification in 2017. She specialises in natural blondes, balayages, sun kissed highlights and loves to work with her clients who want to enhance their natural colour creating soft, natural and beautiful colour. Flavia loves working with long hair creating classic hairstyles. Flavia is always being followed by her little pooch Kristofferson the the Pekingese.

Lisa

Lisa, Our Master of Blonde has 27 years of experience in the industry, excelling in cutting, styling and colouring. With numerous awards under her belt such as Aveda’s Pure Image Men’s award and winner of Stylist of the Year and a background in editorial work and fashion shows in her native land Sweden as well as London for Conde Nast, Marie Clare, Wallpaper and The Times. Before settling down in Kingston with her family Lisa spent most of her career in Mayfair -Her love of hair, fashion and big cities has got her around the world, both to teach and learn. Lisa works Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment!

Colourist and Stylist

Simone

Simone has been in the hair industry for eight years with a passion for styling and colouring. He graduated in Italy where he originates from and enjoys creative cuts and a glamorous blow dry. Simone has completed courses in balayage and blonde techniques and loves to help his clients express their personalities through their appearance and leave them with a smile.

Jacko

Jack has been with Stone for over 15 years. He has travelled all over the world working on editorials for major editorials and fashion brands. Jacko is the master of precision and really listens to his clients taking in their lifestyle so he can create the perfect look for them to manage. Nothing makes Jack happier than watching his clients leave happy with a smile on their face.

Jenna

Jenna has been in the Hair industry for over 22 years now. Starting her career in Croatia then spending in several years Canada she has perfected her love of colour and has also gained her Master Hair Stylist Diploma. Jenna is luckily now here with us at Stone so can help you with all hair needs!

Samuel

Samuel started at Stone in 2015. Before he joined the team, Sam was working in the West end, perfecting his techniques as a stylist and working for London Fashion week for years 2013 and 2014. With a enthusiastic approach to hairdressing Sam enjoys cutting and styling both men and women's hair. Samuel works with his clients to make creative looks that won't be impossible to maintain at home and can be worn day to day.
