International session stylist, John Mullan started his career in Belfast. After moving to London John went on to found Stone Hair, which is recognised as one of the best salons in Kingston-upon-Thames. Alongside building his own philosophy and education for Stone, John is very much in demand for session work, regularly working on international publications, music videos, advertising campaigns and fashion weeks. Having been in the grooming industry for 28 years, John noticed a niche in the market for high-quality beard grooming products and so decided to create his own. This passion naturally led John to further his range and he is excited to present to you his range of skincare, lifestyle products and men's beard grooming - Mr Mullan's Apothecary. Mr Mullan's is hand-crafted in England, and all of his products are created from natural ingredients. The luxury beard brushes, moustache combs and grooming tools are all made out of ox horn from sustainable with the Mr Mullan logo engraved. Our raw horn supplies are sourced ethically from renewable resources, recycling a ’waste’ product from the meat industry and as a result preventing it from ending up in landfill. Lisa
Lisa, Our Master of Blonde has 30 years of experience in the industry, excelling in cutting, styling and colouring. With numerous awards under her belt such as Aveda’s Pure Image Men’s award and winner of Stylist of the Year and a background in editorial work and fashion shows in her native land Sweden as well as London for Conde Nast, Marie Clare, Wallpaper and The Times. Before settling down in Kingston with her family Lisa spent most of her career in Mayfair -Her love of hair, fashion and big cities has got her around the world, both to teach and learn. Lisa works Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and alternate Saturdays so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment!

Simone has been in the hair industry for thirteen years, with a passion for styling and colouring. He graduated in Italy where he originates from and enjoys creative cuts and a glamorous blow dry. Simone has completed courses in balayage and blonde techniques and loves to help his clients express their personalities through their appearance and leave them with a smile.

With over 22 years of experience, Jenna brings a calm confidence and a wealth of knowledge to every appointment. She began her career in Croatia and went on to spend several years in Canada, where she gained her Master Hair Stylist Diploma and refined her love for colour. Jenna specialises in creating soft, natural-looking colour and styles that are tailored to each individual. She takes the time to really listen, offering honest advice and thoughtful suggestions to help you get the look you’re after — whether it’s something subtle or a complete refresh. Now part of the team at Stone, Jenna is available for all your hair needs and is looking forward to welcoming new and returning clients to her chair.

Evie is the newest addition to the Stone Hair Team and is already making a strong impression with her talent and enthusiasm, She is currently completing her level 2 Hairdressing Apprenticeship at Nescot where she also began her initial training. Evie has a growing passion for colour and is particularly skilled in delivering a flawless blow-dry with long lasting results. As she develops her skills on the salon floor, her commitment to learning and genuine love for hairdressing are clear in every client interaction. Friendly, attentive and eager to grow, Evie is excited to be part of the Stone Hair journey.
